FIRST CONTACT pt.2

In the first part of this update, I spoke about the arrival of the Proton: I had to talk to it, understand it, and integrate it with the Neutron. Five hours of uninterrupted session—just me and the machines—were enough to establish a line of communication. A week of further experiments and trials did the rest, fusing them in a unique, seamless way.

Yesterday, this integration was fully embraced by the whole band. We unleashed it onto the new track we’re developing, and the piece just poured out on its own. Pure malice. Pure aggression.

We have gone far beyond the original plan: the result has surpassed every expectation. Despite the surgical choice of sounds and the obsessive construction of the foundation upon which the track rests, when a first draft hits you this hard, every perspective shifts.

The wall of sound, the acid guitar, and the tribal rhythm create a state of hypnosis that even I am not immune to. Dynamics will be the next step: not because they are lacking, but because we want to refine and maintain the extreme tension this track generates.

By the time you’re done listening to this track, your burnt shadow will be left on the wall.
